What is a SACASTAR.CO.UK account ?
Your SACASTAR.CO.UK account allows you to place orders on Sacastar.co.uk and manage the details necessary to process your order. You are free to modify your personal data or have it deleted by sending an email to info@sacastar.com.
Access to your account to :
 
View and edit your details.
Consult and edit your address.
Change your password.
Subscribe to our newsletter to receive our offers.
Consult your referrals account.
Track your orders and returns online.
You can participate in SACASTAR.CO.UK topics: referrals, reviews, testimonials, etc.
 
How do I create a SACASTAR.CO.UK account ?
Click on "create an account", which appears at the top right of your screen on the home page. Follow the procedure using the form in the "I am a new customer" section. If you encounter problems do not hesitate to contact customer services who will respond as soon as possible.

How do I retrieve my usename and password ?
If you have forgotten your login password, click on "My Account" at the top right of your screen, and click on "Forgotten your password?” A new password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.
 
 
2. Orders
 
How do I place an order ?
Browse SACASTAR.CO.UK website and quickly find what you are looking for by selecting your categories:
disc Enter your search keywords (brand, style, colour, etc.) 
disc Search according to your needs on the home page
Once you have made your choice, click on "Buy" to add the item to your basket and then the one page check out ordering process :
disc Delivery details: Review the summary of your order and address.
disc Payment details: Choose your payment, delivery method and the billing address. Leave us a comment if needed.
disc Validate: Enter payment details.
disc End : The procedure is now complete. You will receive an e-mail shortly with your order number and summary.
 
 
How long will it take for my order to be shipped ?
Orders placed before 3 P.M are shipped the same day. For orders placed later than this, the parcel will be shipped the newt morning. Generally, you will receive your parcel within 4 working days or maximum 6 days.
 
How do I know if my order has been processed ?
After validating your order online, SACASTAR.CO.UK will send you a confirmation email with your order number. You can check the status of your order at any time by going to "My Orders" in your SACASTAR.CO.UK account. You will be notified of the different stages of your order by email.
 
What are your payment methods ?
Choose your payment method on the "Payment details" page during checkout.
disc Credit card payments: for an immediate processing of your order, pay by credit card. Select the payment method in the "Payment details" page and then go to the "Confirmation" page. Enter your card number, expiry date and the security code indicated on the back of your card.

How can I order goods as a present ?
Browse SACASTAR.CO.UK and choose your present. Your recipient will receive their present with a personal message from you.

Indicate the recipient's name and address on the order form, specifying that it is a present and write a personalized message. The present will be sent in a gift box and a special delivery slip that has no price on it.

When my parcel will be delivered ?
Orders placed before 3 pm are shipped the same day. For orders placed later than this, the parcel will be shipped the next morning. Generally, you will receive your parcel within 4 working days, or within a maximum 6 days.
 
How can I know where is my parcel ?

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery ?
If you are not at home, a delivery notice will be left for you. You can collect your parcel at the post office for up to 15 days.

Where can i find the technical details on a product ?
Browse and click on the products you like, you will then be able to look at the style and a description to read about the product characteristics and composition.

If you have a question, please do not hesitate to send us a question in the box next to the product information.

What is the procedure for damaged products still under warranty ?

SACASTAR.CO.UK After Sales Service strives to meet the requirements of a quality product. 
This is why we send you instructions for each individual item so that you can enjoy your product as quickly as possible.
Please make sure you keep the order number so that we can activate the product warranty.

6. Returns and refunds
 
How can I return an item ?
If you would like a refund or you want to exchange your product it must be returned in its original packaging. You have 30 days to return the product to the following address:

Carefully fill out the return form, downloadable here, or enclose a note stating the reason for your return.

Please note that any products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.

How long do I have to return an item ?
At SACASTAR.CO.UK, once you receive your product you have 30 days to return it, without providing a reason or incurring penalties. 

However, return costs are to be paid by the customer. No cash-on-delivery parcels will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded, within 30 days after the date on which the right to cancel has been exercised.

How can I get a refund for an item ?
For a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days in its/their original packaging to the following address:

You need to log in to your account and fill out the form provided. Please note that any products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.

Refunds may be made by either: 
- Crediting your bank or PayPal transaction if your order was paid by credit card, e-credit card or PayPal.
- Sending a check (written out and sent to the name and billing address of the customer who placed the order)?

For credit card refunds please be aware that interbank delays may delay the actual crediting of your account by a few days.

How can I exchange an item ?

You can choose to exchange a product, in which case, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
